Cancellation

Ultimately you are responsible for keeping track of your appointment dates and times. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Lateness

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment it may need to be rescheduled if your service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

Redo Appointments.

If you ever feel like you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know during your appointment or within 4 days after your service has been performed. If we’re notified of your wish for an adjustment, we will consider scheduling you for an adjustment. The price of this adjustment may vary depending on our interpretation of the specific circumstances and can range from no charge to cost of product only, to full price. Please note that this does not cover a change in the style or color from the initial request as that would be considered a whole new service in contrast to an adjustment or redo.
